Refund & Cancellation  Policy

A legal disclaimer

• Free Cancellations: You may cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup with no penalty.

• Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 12 hours of the pickup time, a $75 cancellation fee will apply.

• No-Shows: If our driver arrives at the pickup location and the load is unavailable or the customer is not present, the full quoted delivery fee will be charged.

• Company Cancellations: If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, driver emergency), you will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no additional cost.
